Wooleys of Aran have been a bakery on the Isle of Arran since the 1840s. Over the years the business has seen many owners but my family has been trading for nearly 40 years. We supply our shop and many outlets around the island with fresh bread and rolls but it is our oatcakes and biscuits which are reaching further afield. As a healthy accompaniment to any topping you can think of our oatcakes have become hugely popular around the UK. We now have a range of flavored biscuits for those with a craving for something a bit sweeter.
